Skipper Signs New Contract

Club Captain Scott Bridges has signed a new contract that keeps him at the Club for the 2016/17 season.

Despite enquiries from higher League clubs, Scott has decided to remain with the Crows as he feels there is unfinished business having seen the Club finish second for the past two seasons.

Scott said “I truly enjoy playing at Royston, after I left Aston Villa as a youngster my love for football dwindled a bit but I am now enjoying my football more than ever. The set up at the Club is great and the team spirit is superb, we were really disappointed to miss out again last year but hopefully we can go one better this year”.
