FIRST TEAM COACH

 

Shape the Future of Royston Town FC as First Team Coach!

We’re seeking a driven and skilled coach with a strong team-oriented approach to play a pivotal role in our First Team’s success. The ideal candidate will be passionate about football, thrive in a dedicated and hardworking setting, and be committed to pushing boundaries for both individual players and the team as a whole.

This exciting opportunity welcomes applications from ambitious Academy and Non-League coaches, as well as experienced Managers looking for a new and impactful challenge within our communicative and supportive environment. As an integral member of our management team, you will directly influence our on-field performance through the design and delivery of technical and tactical training, insightful performance analysis (including video), and the identification of key talent for our senior squads. Player welfare and the consistent upholding of our team values are paramount.

Your expertise in talent identification will be crucial in building competitive senior teams. Prior experience playing, coaching, or managing in Non-League or professional football is a significant advantage, and a relevant network would be highly valued. You will need strong in-game tactical awareness, excellent organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to all team members.

A minimum UEFA C Coaching License (or equivalent) is essential, with UEFA B/A being a desirable addition. However, your demonstrable skills and experience are of greater importance to us.

HEAD PHYSIOTHERAPIST

 

Exciting Part-Time Opportunity: Lead Physiotherapist at Royston Town FC!

Are you a passionate and experienced physiotherapist looking to make a real impact? Join our team as Head Physiotherapist and take the lead in the assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of injuries across all our teams.

In this rewarding role, you’ll collaborate closely with our respected coaching staff to deliver exceptional, evidence-based care to our players. You’ll also mentor and work alongside other therapists, volunteers, and students, ensuring comprehensive support for everyone. Providing vital pitch-side cover at both home and away fixtures, as well as training sessions, will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Building strong relationships throughout the club, from players to management, will be crucial to your success.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Relevant and comprehensive physiotherapy qualifications and proven experience.
• Exceptional communication skills to build rapport and effectively interact with all members of the club.
