Royston Town Vets were comfortable 3-0 winners over Buntingford Town Vets at The Bury on Sunday.
Royston dominated the game in the first half with Lee Rogers and Chris Geldart prominent in midfield. After ten minutes Dickie Harris played a delightful ball behind the Buntingford defence to set up Kevin Barthrop for the opener. John Moulding was in the right place to score Town's second from close range and Geldart had a couple of good chances to get on the score-sheet.
Town continued to dominate possession in the second half and deservedly extended their lead when Magic slotted home.
Full-backs Paddy Coughlin and Geoff Pinner were in good form for Town.
