A depleted Rovers team suffer their first defeat of the season away at Baldock.

 

Baldock attacked from the start and scrappy defending from Rovers enabled the home team to go one nil up. Soon after Baldock doubled their lead. Rovers conceded a corner which Baldock converted into the net. A lacklustre Rovers went in at half-time behind.

Rovers knew the had to up their game, but soon found themselves three nil behind. Rovers came alive after the third goal went in. Kian played a good pass into the path off Lucas who added to his already impressive tally this season with a good finish. Soon after Lucas became the provider, passing to Noah who crossed for Harry H to hit the back of the net. Rovers pressed for a third, but where unable to level the score before the final whistle.
