Another great all round team performance saw Royston Town Rovers U12's notch up their sixth win on the bounce with a convincing 8-1 victory over Plantation Youth U12s.

Kian got the Rovers off to a flying start with an early goal. Lucas then made it 2-0 with a fine header. Rovers kept up the pressure and following a blocked shot Jake found the back of the net to make it 3-0. Just before the break Lucas went on a solo run and slotted home. 

Plantation managed to pull a goal back early in the 2nd half but that was just a mere consolation as Rovers stepped up another gear. Lucas completed his hat-trick with another solo effort which was quickly followed up by Kian netting his 2nd after a poor goal kick from the Plantation keeper. Cory made it 7-1 ten minutes from time and Noah rounded things off with the eighth.
