This result has probably been coming based on the collective effort shown in recent games. Unfortunately not everyone is pulling their weight in the Sunday team this season and the players that are doing their shift are suffering somewhat for it.

 

Quite frankly the first half scoreline could have been ten all as both sides struggled to defend and many chances were missed. Royston broke the offside trap on four occasions in the first ten minutes but missed the target on each occasion and as so happens in football Baldock began taking theirs and scored four times before half time. Sandwiched in between were two tap in goals for Matt and Jacob.

 

Royston controlled the opening period of the second half without creating much. Jake hit the crossbar from a header was closest they came. Baldock then added two more goals before a second goal from Jacob late on reduced the arrears.
