Rovers finished off the season with their ninth consecutive win against Bishops Stortford Athletic. Rovers got off to a flying start straight from kick off. They attacked BSFC goal with Kian whipping in a good cross, which Ben converted into the back of the net. One Nil Rovers. The boys continued to press. Micheal hit a wicked shot which hit the crossbar. After 9 mins Rovers doubled their lead.  Corey won the ball from a BSFC goal kick, took on the defense and finished with a good shot. Rovers were the better side, but just before halftime BSFC pulled a goal back. 

The second half began with Rover again upping their game. Micheal won the ball and played it to Zak. Zak provided a good cross into the path of Dan G who found the back of the net. Three one Rovers.Rovers created more chances. Noah whipped in a corner which Micheal connected with his head, but going wide. Micheal again came close, hitting the post. Rovers were awarded a freekick near the end of the match. Kian hit a wicked shot which flew over the wall, but the goalie pulled of a great save. Final score 3 1 to Rovers. Another good win for the boys, who have a chance of winning the league in their first season in Division One, but are waiting on results from games yet to be played.
